Your agent opens the job on their phone, takes photos and marks each item found or missing. Anything extra can be added on the spot.

Results arrive in the office as soon as the phone has signal. Turn them into a report and send it.
Every photo is stamped with the time and place it was taken, so you have a clear record of who checked what, where and when. Use it on iPhone, Android or in any phone's browser.
Templates decide what gets recorded
A template is the form for one kind of item. Your agents fill in exactly those fields on site, so every report has the same details in the same order.

Start with a ready-made one
Vehicle, tractor, farm equipment, furniture and appliances, electronics and livestock are ready to use. Change any of them to suit you.

Or build your own
Add the fields you need: text, notes, numbers, dates, yes or no, and pick from a list. Mark the ones that must be filled in. You see the phone screen as you build.

Record the job's own details once, like the debtor, case number or address. Ready-made ones cover debt collection, floor-plan audits, deceased estates and rental inspections.
