InventorIT is a data collection app for teams working where the connection isn't. Photograph the asset, fill in your template, move on. Entries queue on the phone and sync when you're back in range.

Most tools treat a dropped connection as an error to show the person holding the phone. Here it is the expected condition, and the work carries on either way.
step 1
The photo and the template fields are written to the device the moment you take them. Nothing is sent yet, and nothing is waiting on a response.
step 2
The entry is stamped with one key and held in order. That key is generated once and stored with the record — a retry never invents a new one.
step 3
Back in range, the queue replays oldest first. The stored key is what guarantees an entry lands exactly once, however many times the upload was interrupted.
Build the templates your survey actually uses — text, numbers, dates, yes/no, or a fixed list of options. Group work into collections, decide which fields are required, and export what comes back as Excel, PDF or Word.

The camera is the home screen. Take the photo first, then pull up the drawer and fill in the fields for that template. No menus to learn, and no waiting between records.

Alongside the file, InventorIT reads what the phone recorded at the moment of capture and stores it against the entry. How much of it exists depends on the device and how the photo was taken, so the record shows you exactly what was available rather than guessing.
Signing up creates your own organisation with three collections. There is nothing to pay and no card to enter. When you need more collections or access to the admin panel, get in touch and we'll enable it on your account.
